DELIVERY POLICY
Order processing and dispatch

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (Helsinki time, UTC+3) on the same working day. Orders placed after this time are usually processed on the next business day.
Please note that weekends and public holidays may delay processing and delivery times.

Order accuracy
​
Once the payment has been completed, it is not possible to add or remove products or change the delivery method.
Please ensure that all your contact and delivery details are correct before finalizing your order.

Delivery area and fees
We currently deliver orders within Finland and to selected European countries.
Delivery fees vary depending on the destination country and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Taxes and prices
All product prices shown on the Site include Finnish VAT (value-added tax) according to the applicable rate:

DELIVERY METHODS
DELIVERY

International couriers in Europe
Your parcel will be delivered to a parcel locker or pickup point near your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. When the parcel arrives, you will get pickup instructions directly from the courier (third party).
​
Please make sure that you have entered the correct address, email, and phone number when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or other issues caused by incorrect contact information or third-party courier errors.
​
If you do not pick up your parcel within the courier’s holding period, the order will be returned to us. In that case, you will be responsible for the return and redelivery costs before the parcel can be sent again.
LOCAL PICKUP
You can pick up your order free of charge from Itäkeskus, Helsinki. Please note that we do not have a physical store — this is a warehouse pickup only.

For your convenience, we will deliver your order to the parking area of Prisma or ABC (Vanhanlinnantie).
Please wait for pickup instructions before arriving. We will contact you by phone once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
RETURN POLICY
Right of return
​
Products in their original condition have a 14-day return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
The return right applies only to unused products with all original tags, packaging, and seals intact.

How to make a return
​
To return a product, please fill in our contact form first.
After we approve your request, we will send you an address label for the return. Attach the label clearly on the parcel and send it back to us.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning products. Once the return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Returns are usually processed within 3–5 business days after arrival.
The original delivery fee will not be refunded.

Defective or incorrect products
​
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and either send a replacement product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
In such cases, please notify us without delay by email at info(at)mmuscle.shop and include your order number and a short description of the issue.

Uncollected parcels
​
If your parcel is not picked up within the courier’s holding period, it will be automatically returned to us.
Please note that leaving an order uncollected is not the same as making a return.
For uncollected shipments, we will deduct both the original shipping cost and the return fee from your refund. Additional delivery attempts will require a new delivery payment.
